Climate Change
With 97% of climate scientists in agreement that the planet is warming, and that humans are the principal cause, what can we be doing here in Lafayette to be part of the solution to climate change? What actions can we take to help empower ourselves with knowledge and reduce our carbon footprint?
Wei-Tai Kwok is Lafayette’s very own volunteer educator focusing on sharing the latest facts on climate change. In 2013, he was personally trained by Al Gore and the Climate Reality Project to deliver updated presentations based on the film An Inconvenient Truth.
Here he shares a variety of ideas and updates on how local residents can get involved and make a difference.
